There is a pasuk in this week’s sedra that gives us a hint as to how leaders - or any of us - can cope with the burdens of leadership. The “trick” is not to be alone. To be able to confide in a brother, good friend… Yosef must have felt terribly alone, alienated from his brothers - all adding to an already awesome burden of rule in Egypt. And then - VAYPOL AL TZAVAREI BINYAMIN ACHIV VAYEIVCH U’VINYAMIN BACHA AL TZAVARAV”: - these p’sukim are Gimatriya Twins.
