L’Ayla Women’s Initiative

For over 45 years, OU Israel has been working to help Anglo Olim thrive in Israel. L’Ayla Women’s Initiative is the women’s branch of OU Israel and it is dedicated to building community and inspiring women of all ages and stages to grow in their Avodat Hashem. Programs include: Rosh Chodesh seminars, Tanach tiyulim and yimei iyun, a weekly L’Ayla day of women’s learning, pre-chagim mother-daughter events, Bat Mitzvah program, ATID for young Olot, and NextGen.
