Please note that the video started recording a few minutes in. You should begin the cheesecake by mixing 450 grams of cream cheese (gvinat shamenet) with 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (חלב מרוכז וממותק). Note that it is ok to replace the condensed milk with 1/2 cup of sugar. Mix in 1 tsp vanilla and 1/4 cup lemon juice.

Cheesecake
Ingredients:
For the filling:
450 grams of cream cheese /gvinat shamenet
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (חלב מרוכז וממותק)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup lemon juice
For the crust:
3 cups tea biscuit crumbs
11 tablespoons of melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Whip filling ingredients on high or mix by hand until smooth and creamy.
Pulse or smash cookies to crumbs. Mix the crumbs sugar and melted butter together in a bowl. Press crust in springform pan and bake at 375 for 10 min. Let crust cool completely and pour in cream Cheese filling. Chill for 4 hours before slicing.
Lasagna Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
1 box of lasagna sheets
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 egg
2 cups pasta sauce
1 clove garlic
1 cup frozen spinach or brocolli
Boil lasagna noodles In boiling salted water for 8 min or until partiality soft.
In a medium sized bowl Mix together the ricotta, frozen spinach, egg, salt and pepper until combined. Lay cooked pasta on foiled tray. Spread 1/4 of ricotta filling on each noodle and roll it up. Pour 1/2 cup pasta sauce in the bottom of a 9 by 13 baking dish. Place rolled pasta in baking dish and cover with remaining sauce and shredded cheese. Bake at 375 covered for 45 min then finish in the broiler for 3 min and enjoy
