Confirmation Calls, Invoicing and Cancellation Policy

2 Business Days before each tiyul, the following happens:

• Confirmation Email Messages and/or Calls: to participants confirming your attendance in the upcoming tiyul
• Invoicing: Participants are invoiced for their participation in the tiyul. —- THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO online registrations because CC’s are charged when a participant submits their online booking
• Cancellation: Participants can cancel their attendance in the upcoming tiyul & will receive a refund, minus 10% (if they have pre-paid)

No refunds for cancellations less than 2 business days prior to the tiyul, unless authorized by Yaffa Brochin

No refunds for NO SHOWS on the date of the tiyul and/or program

Cancellation of a tiyul by the OU Israel Center (in the event of bad weather &/or other situations) – full refunds will be issued to pre-paid participants. When a tiyul is rescheduled, former participants will be given registration priority
