Thank you for submitting your inquiry for the upcoming Winter Retreat in Eilat scheduled for January 2019. An OU Israel Reservations Desk staff member will contact you within 24 hours (not including Shabbat or Chaggim) via Email or Phone to respond to your inquiry or to take your official registration including payment information.
A more formal schedule about the trip will be sent to you closer to the time of the trip including when to arrive at OU Israel for those of you who are travelling round trip on the bus.
We are obligated to follow the Cancellation fees & Refund policy which the Dan Panorama Hotel in Eilat imposes on us. We hope that you won’t have to cancel your reservation but in the event that you do, please be advised that the penalties are as follows:
- 200nis per person penalty: at any time after your registration is submitted for the trip
- 50% penalty: 14 days prior to check-in date
- 100% penalty: 7 days or less prior to check-in date
INVOICING:
- Credit Cards will be charged for payment during the week of your booking.
