The pre- Yom Haazmaut mother-daughter program will iyH take place this Wednesday evening April 20 at 7pm. We will start with a brief introduction via zoom. We will send you a guided source sheet to learn together with your daughter bchavruta. We will re-group for a mini-shiur/discussion on the topic via zoom. We will then move on to the art project where I will guide you and your daughters in making decorations for your Yom Haatzmaut table. You will need very basic supplies:
-A few pieces of plain white paper (you can use the back side of scrap paper if you need)
– Either a few pieces of blue paper or blue paint, markers, or crayons
– glue, gluestick, tape, or stapler
-scissors
– one toilet paper roll (you should start saving because you will need more afterwards)
-ribbon or string
-napkins (great if blue or white but don’t need to be)
Please register below if you’d like to join and we will send you the sourcesheets and the zoom address.
